Fantastico! As a restaurant and craft beer bar owner, I too hate Yelp and Chowhound. Often times reviewers don't paint the whole, don't understand what you are trying to do and want to provide irrelevant and insignificant details that are only written to disparage not what I would call feedback.
I hope more BA-ers read this and change their perspective on using the BA thread to bash and bitch.
No more bashing and bitching..Here's to the return of constructive criticism.

I'm happy to say that I'm a geek and not a snob. I'm so glad you wrote this. I wonder if the snobs will recognize themselves and tone it down a notch. Life's too short to be a snob.
